Who are those uninsured?

18 Million - I can afford it, but I don't want it.

8.4 Million - I'm 18-25 years old and I'm indestructible!

12.6 Million - I'm an illegal, and I'm not here.

9.4 Million - I'm in between jobs and only temporarily uninsured.

8 Million - I'm covered [SCHIP], but my parents have not signed
me up.
3.5 Million - I am eligible for government health programs, but
I have not signed up.

59.9 Million - Total (47 Million for those in government schools)

Make those checks out to "U.S. Treasury." This is an emergency!
