Down the Debt Toilet

___The U.S. Department of Education says nearly 5 million people have missed at least 12 months of payments. That's about a quarter of all student-loan borrowers. And it doesn't include millions more who have missed at least one payment, but aren't yet in default.

___Other debt is also high: credit card, mortgage debt, consumer debt, etc. Like Congress we are spending more than we have hoping that we will somehow be able to pay our debts - maybe winning the lottery!

___The national debt of $20 Trillion, and the unfunded debts of Medicare, Social Security, Medicare Drug, etc will control our budgets in the future. To even start paying the debt requires a surplus budget. A financial crisis much greater than the "housing crisis" will be necessary, and soon.

___Our leaders point to bankrupt countries and claim that the United States is better off than them. They promise free education, free housing, free food, etc. Socialism and tribalism doesn't work - except for the leaders!

Charles Krauthammer on Organizing for Action

I do not understand how living in a country with its democracy established over 200 years ago, and now, for the first time in history, suddenly we have one of our former presidents set up a group called "Organizing for Action" (OFA).

OFA is 30,000+ strong and working to disrupt everything that our current president's administration is trying to do. This organization goes against our Democracy, and it is an operation that will destroy our way of governing. It goes against our Constitution, our laws, and the processes established over 200 years ago. If it is allowed to proceed then we will be living in chaos very much like third world countries are run. What good is it to have an established government if it is not going to be respected and allowed to follow our laws?

If you had an army some 30,000 strong and a court system stacked over the decades with judges who would allow you to break the laws, how much damage could you do to a country? We are about to find out in America!

Our ex-president said he was going to stay involved through community organizing and speak out on the issues and that appears to be one post-administration promise he intends to keep. He has moved many of his administration's top dogs over to Organizing for Action.

OFA is behind the strategic and tactical implementation of the resistance to the Trump Administration that we are seeing across America, and politically active courts are providing the leverage for this revolution. OFA is dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive" change. Its issues are gun control, socialist healthcare, abortion, sexual equality, climate change, and of course, immigration reform. OFA members were propped up by the ex-president's message from the shadows: "Organizing is the building block of everything great we have accomplished Organizers around the country are fighting for change in their communities and OFA is one of the groups on the front lines. Commit to this work in 2017 and beyond."

OFA's website says it obtained its "digital" assets from the ex-president's re-election effort and that he inspired the movement. In short, it is the shadow government organization aimed at resisting and tearing down the Constitutional Republic we know as AMERICA.

Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, "The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House." Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide. The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide. The ex-president and his wife will oversee the operation from their home/ office in Washington DC.

Think about how this works: For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows. All of this happens from the ex-president's signal that he is heartened by the protests.

If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years. If this does not scare you, then we are in worse trouble than you know. So, do your part. You have read it, so at least pass this on so others will know what we are up against. We are losing our country and we are so compliant. We are becoming a "PERFECT TARGET" for our enemy!

Current Tax System Analogy and Why Reform is Necessary

___It should be obvious - except to progressives - that those who currently pay the most will benefit the most, but not percentage-wise. All who pay will benefit. For those who pay nothing now, it is hard to pay less than nothing - except for no earnings tax credits! Many currently get paid by the government and pay nothing in return.

The United States is Under Attack! - From Within!

___The United States of America is an idea embodied in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Obama's Organizing For Action and the MSM are actively engaged in conduct against the public order, specifically the United States Constitution and the current administration. This is sedition.

___This week the court has said that the IRS actively denied/deferred tax-deductiable status to conservative groups and required the IRS to apologize. The IRS Director Koskinen and Attorney General Holder will not go to prison, but taxpayers will pay over $500 million in fines in civil suits. Lois Lerner pled the 5th and is enjoying her retirement. The Obama administration was illegaly involved in political activism, and was successful in getting re-elected in many 2010 mid-term and in 2012. The fines are nominal considering the damage done by the "Progressives" and RINO establishment in the last 8 years.

___The United States Constitution defines citizenship in the 14th Amendment. A citizen must be subject to the jurisdiction of the Constitution and the laws passed within its context. Citizenship should be revoked for anyone whose sole allegiance is not to the Constitution and the laws passed within its context.

SEX!!!

___God created Adam. He then created Eve from Adam as a "helpmate." Eve deceived Adam, and he sinned. We have inherited the sin nature from Adam. Eve and the "daughters of Eve" were sentenced to pain in childbirth. Adam was sentenced to hard labor of a different kind!

___God also provided the solution to the "sin problem" in Jesus, and a blessing to those who love him and do his will. It is called sex! Within the context of marriage, sex has God's stamp of approval. The marriage bed is "undefiled" for a husband and wife. That means sex is created for their mutual pleasure.

___The world has perverted sex and made it common. We see Hollywood exposed. The road to fame and fortune requires young beautiful people to perform sexual favors to get that "role of a lifetime!" They say power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely!

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA

___This was an unconstitutional action by Obama in June 2012 to ignore illegal immigration. The American peoples' elected representatives are empowered to create, debate and pass legislation concerning immigration. The Executive Branch enforces the law, and the Judicial Branch determines whether laws are constitutional. Neither the Executive nor the Judicial Branches may create law.

___The illegal acts of parents of these children were ignored during two year renewable periods. The Executive is to enforce the laws as passed by the American peoples' elected representatives in Congress. Obama and his administration encouraged violation of laws by their well known non-enforcement actions.

___Instead of applying for legal status during the two year deferrments, the parents and their children were content to do nothing and be content for the protection of open-border advocates like the Democrats and others.

___While I am sympathetic for the billions of people who want to emigrate to the United States, I also desire a rule of law in America. If the people want to change the law, then they may - by amending the Constitution. If Congress will not do the peoples' will, then a convention of states is allowed under Article V of the Constitution - not to rewrite the Constitution, but to legally propose amendments. Three quarters of the states must ratify any amendments whether proposed by Congress or the convention of states.

___I and my fellow Americans want controlled, legal immigration - not chaos! We also want assimilation (required of citizens by the 14th Amendment) not tribalism!

The Real Meaning of Labor Day

___In the early 1850s immigrants from Europe flooded into the United States. Most settled in the Northeast and took jobs in factories. The workweek was long, the pay was low and conditions were unsafe. It is ironic that Northerners called slavery immoral, but abused immigrants for profit.

___Later in the century and in the early 1900s labor organized and struck for a shorter workweek, better pay, benefits and a safe workplace. Child labor laws were passed to end the abuse of children.

___Northerners and West-coasters now have forced their homosexual and same sex morality on the United States. Those who ignore the lessons from history are condemned to repeat the mistakes!

___A 66-year-old Democrat-socialist terrorist, who was radicalized by Bernie Sanders and his followers, shot 4 at a Republican baseball practice. Fortunately, Congressman Scalise's protection detail was armed and returned fire killing the terrorist.

Progressives/Globalists and "rights"

___The United States Constitution is the supreme law in America. Anyone not subject to its jurisdiction is, by definition, not a citizen (14th). Progressives have sought to change the original Constitution over more than a century. They were successful with changing the states' selection of Senators to popular election. They passed prohibition. They added direct taxation of income. Justices of the Supreme Court have considered international and Shariah law in their decisions making their oaths a lie. Progressives have passed treaties which created a “right” to medical care, and invented a “right” to same-sex marriage. Health care law is constitutional as a tax.

___At the same time, they obligated the United States to transfer a lot of its wealth to the rest of the world with the Bretton Woods agreements and the Marshall Plan. We pay at least 20% of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations and many other entities. The head of the World Bank is American; the head of the IMF is French; and the UN has 15 “equal” members on the “Security Council” and about 190 members total. Our national sovereignty is diminished by these “global” entities which create “rights.” Climate agreements require the United States to clean up our act - which we have done with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Environmental Protection Agency, etc – and pay for the cleanup of “developing nations” like China.

___As a scientist I can agree that climate change – summer, fall, winter and spring – is real. It is caused mainly by the Sun and the obliquity of the ecliptic. Humans exhale carbon dioxide, but the effect on the global climate is not significant when compared with water vapor caused by the Sun and ash clouds from erupting volcanoes. Math models do not consider unpredictable things like volcanic eruptions – even though the effect can be globally significant (see Krakatau, August 1883). Faux scientists make an error when they extrapolate a day in laboratory conditions to a billion years. Blaming Katrina and Rita on “global warming” was easily proven false in 2006 when few hurricanes and no major hurricanes occurred. For a decade no hurricanes made landfall on Florida coasts. Still Sandy was blamed on global warming. Some “scientists” are hardcore! If global warming is the cause, then shouldn't EVERY year get worse? True science is observable and testable. Big Bang and Evolution ideas are conjecture, not science!

Note: The Earth rotates each 24 hours. The circumference is about 24,000 miles. That means I am traveling about 1000 mi/hr just to keep up. I doubt that the atmosphere moves that fast (winds would be fierce), so as the Earth spins we will within a day inherit some of China's atmospheric pollution. If the United States spends $1 Trillion for cleanup and China spends nothing, then our effort is in vain and our economy cannot compete. Sunrise and sunset are poetic but not scientific!

Term Limits Will Never Pass; Dilute Their Power

___Term limits for the House will not happen. The Constitution gives a solution. Dilute the US Rep’s power by increasing the number of Reps. They have limited their number to 435. I suggest 1305.

Liberal Spending v. Conservative Spending

CALIFORNIA

The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor.

The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie "Bambi" and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural.

He calls animal control. Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.

He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases.

The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.

The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals.

The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a "coyote awareness program" for residents of the area.

The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

The Governor's security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training for the nature of coyotes.

PETA protests the coyote's relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

TEXAS

The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog.

The Governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging. The Governor has spent $.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.

The buzzards eat the dead coyote.

And that, my friends, is why California is broke and Texas is not.

Reining in the U.S. House of Representatives

___The Constitution sets a limit on the number of Representatives in Congress to 1 per 30,000 citizens. The House has limited the number to 435 plus 3 for the District of Columbia. Many Americans want to limit the terms of those in Congress – usually to 12 years. This requires amending the Constitution – a difficult process requiring 2/3 of Congress or 2/3 of state legislators to pass an amendment and ¾ of the states to ratify it. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely, so Congress has no desire to term limit themselves, and state legislators are afraid that term limits will spread to states.

___Like the Luddites, there are many Americans who fear or distrust technology. The America of 2017 is profoundly different than the America of 1787 as far as technology. A Representative does not need to leave his/her home district in order to completely fulfill the duties as a member of the House of Representatives. There may be a few face-to-face meetings necessary for extreme secrecy, but those would be few in number. Votes could be secure followed by confirmation for additional security.

___When I proposed this idea in a LTE, I was accused of wanting to increase the size of government. Anyone who knows me as a Constitutional conservative would see that criticism as profoundly ignorant. My Congressman represents over 700,000 and has three offices each with staffs (about 17 total) paid as federal employees. My idea would be one office in the district with a staff of 2 or three at the most. Assuming 1305 Representatives with staffs of 3 each, that is 5,220 employees. With 435 Representatives with staffs of 12 each, that is 5,655 employees. That is fewer federal employees and one rented office rather than four. Since each Representative would live and work in his/her district, citizens could more easily hold them accountable.

___Assuming a $4 trillion spending year, each Representative's share is currently about $9 billion. With 3 times as many Representatives this share of “power” drops to about $3 billion. With 10 times as many Representatives this share of “power” drops to about $920 million. This dilution of power and increase in accountability works like term limits, but it does not require amending the Constitution.

Defending the United States Constitution

___In 1967, I swore an oath to “support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.” The document which became the basis for our rule of law has come under fire especially during the last eight years. France – which has had 2 empires and 5 republics in the same time frame – has been used to justify it as a “living document” which must be reinterpreted as times change. I know of no other written constitution which has lasted almost 230 years. During that time, the United States has become the most powerful nation on the planet.

___Citizenship in the United States was not included in the Constitution until 1868. This was necessary due to a SCOTUS decision in 1857 that slaves could not be citizens. The 14th Amendment gives two conditions for citizenship: 1) born or naturalized in the U.S., and 2) subject to the jurisdiction thereof.

___Virginia allowed convicted felons to vote in the 2016 election. The Obama administration has tried to give legal rights to POWs and illegals. Islamists want to replace the Constitution with Shariah law. Leaders in “sanctuary cities” have chosen to be subject only to laws of their choosing. None of these are citizens under the Constitutional definition. Read Acts 21:33 through 22:29.

___A liberal SCOTUS has made more bizarre decisions with “separation of church and state,” abortion and same-sex marriage in all states. The ACAPPA is legal as a tax (ObamaTax), and a federal exchange is a “state” exchange for taxpayer subsidies. A complete repeal of the 2010 law is necessary.

___The Department of “Education” has become one of the largest banks in the world with $1.5 Trillion in mismanaged student loans. The taxpayers had to absorb over $350 million of Corinthian College (CC) student loans. More CC loans will be forgiven because students were “fooled.” What about due diligence and let the buyer beware? The taxpayers were innocent bystanders who will pay for the ignorance and foolishness of others.

___Congress has abdicated its regulatory power to Executive appointees. Agencies promulgate regulations with the force of law without consideration by the peoples' elected representatives. So much for “government of, by and for the people!”

___The IRS mitigated and perverted efforts of conservatives in – at least – the 2012 election. A partisan DOJ did nothing. The Secretary of State made Top Secret documents vulnerable doing “exceptionally grave damage to the national security.” I had a Secret clearance for thirty years, and I can only imagine the damage! Again the DOJ did nothing and the voters in New York, California and Illinois voted for her for POTUS!

Incest Between the Medical Industry and Congress

___As we hear the politicians discuss repealing the “Affordable Care And Patient Protection Act,” (ObamaTax) we should trust but verify. The medical industry is wealthy. Malpractice lawyers are wealthy. Both groups like to stay that way! Billion$ have been donated to keep “friendly” politicians in power. The governments like power, and the power to tax is the power to control.

___In the 1980s, a Democrat-controlled Congress passed COBRA/EMTALA. This made emergency medical treatment available to all – including the poor and illegals. The efforts to pass “HillaryCare” and “ObamaCare” were more for the hospitals and insurance companies than for patients. SCOTUS ruled 5-4 that ACAPPA was constitutional as a tax. They also ruled 5-4 that federal exchanges were “state” exchanges for taxpayer subsidy purposes. Indirect medical costs soared. The 9th and 10th Amendments were ignored, and the much-abused 14th was used to legislate from the judicial bench. Killing a baby* is “legal” to preserve the mother's privacy. Taxpayers must pay for it and abortifacient drugs. Medical treatments for the effects of sin (AMA in 1989 says HIV+/AIDS is caused by male-on-male sex 60%, needle sharing 16% and both 13%. The other 11% is collateral damage due to the 89%) must be paid by taxpayers.

___Mosquito-born diseases like malaria are well controlled in the United States. Congress approved $1 Billion for Ebola; $1.1 Billion for Zika; and over $8 Billion for the CURES Act (passed during the lame-duck session in December) funding the National Institutes for Health and Center for Disease Control. There were no Ebola cases in the United States during 2016. It takes these billions of dollars to fly infected medical personnel in private jets to the United States. Since many diseases only exist in Africa and South America, the healthy nations need to set up state-of-the-art isolation hospitals on an island in the Atlantic Ocean to avoid immoral sexual contact (rape, incest, needle sharing, etc). Bringing the infection into the United States is not the answer. Most smallpox and tuberculosis preventatives would not protect our citizens during an outbreak. These diseases have been “cured” for too long.
