Term Limits Will Never Pass; Dilute Their Power

___Term limits for the House will not happen. The Constitution gives a solution. Dilute the US Rep’s power by increasing the number of Reps. They have limited their number to 435. I suggest 1305.

___With fewer offices and staff the number of Federal employees actually decreases. Technology allows Reps to remain in Districts most of the time. My Rep is 66%. Please consider the idea.
