Current Tax System Analogy and Why Reform is Necessary

___It should be obvious - except to progressives - that those who currently pay the most will benefit the most, but not percentage-wise. All who pay will benefit. For those who pay nothing now, it is hard to pay less than nothing - except for no earnings tax credits! Many currently get paid by the government and pay nothing in return.

The United States is Under Attack! - From Within!

___The United States of America is an idea embodied in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Obama's Organizing For Action and the MSM are actively engaged in conduct against the public order, specifically the United States Constitution and the current administration. This is sedition.

___This week the court has said that the IRS actively denied/deferred tax-deductiable status to conservative groups and required the IRS to apologize. The IRS Director Koskinen and Attorney General Holder will not go to prison, but taxpayers will pay over $500 million in fines in civil suits. Lois Lerner pled the 5th and is enjoying her retirement. The Obama administration was illegaly involved in political activism, and was successful in getting re-elected in many 2010 mid-term and in 2012. The fines are nominal considering the damage done by the "Progressives" and RINO establishment in the last 8 years.

___The United States Constitution defines citizenship in the 14th Amendment. A citizen must be subject to the jurisdiction of the Constitution and the laws passed within its context. Citizenship should be revoked for anyone whose sole allegiance is not to the Constitution and the laws passed within its context.

SEX!!!

___God created Adam. He then created Eve from Adam as a "helpmate." Eve deceived Adam, and he sinned. We have inherited the sin nature from Adam. Eve and the "daughters of Eve" were sentenced to pain in childbirth. Adam was sentenced to hard labor of a different kind!

___God also provided the solution to the "sin problem" in Jesus, and a blessing to those who love him and do his will. It is called sex! Within the context of marriage, sex has God's stamp of approval. The marriage bed is "undefiled" for a husband and wife. That means sex is created for their mutual pleasure.

___The world has perverted sex and made it common. We see Hollywood exposed. The road to fame and fortune requires young beautiful people to perform sexual favors to get that "role of a lifetime!" They say power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely!

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA

___This was an unconstitutional action by Obama in June 2012 to ignore illegal immigration. The American peoples' elected representatives are empowered to create, debate and pass legislation concerning immigration. The Executive Branch enforces the law, and the Judicial Branch determines whether laws are constitutional. Neither the Executive nor the Judicial Branches may create law.

___The illegal acts of parents of these children were ignored during two year renewable periods. The Executive is to enforce the laws as passed by the American peoples' elected representatives in Congress. Obama and his administration encouraged violation of laws by their well known non-enforcement actions.

___Instead of applying for legal status during the two year deferrments, the parents and their children were content to do nothing and be content for the protection of open-border advocates like the Democrats and others.

___While I am sympathetic for the billions of people who want to emigrate to the United States, I also desire a rule of law in America. If the people want to change the law, then they may - by amending the Constitution. If Congress will not do the peoples' will, then a convention of states is allowed under Article V of the Constitution - not to rewrite the Constitution, but to legally propose amendments. Three quarters of the states must ratify any amendments whether proposed by Congress or the convention of states.

___I and my fellow Americans want controlled, legal immigration - not chaos! We also want assimilation (required of citizens by the 14th Amendment) not tribalism!

The Real Meaning of Labor Day

___In the early 1850s immigrants from Europe flooded into the United States. Most settled in the Northeast and took jobs in factories. The workweek was long, the pay was low and conditions were unsafe. It is ironic that Northerners called slavery immoral, but abused immigrants for profit.

___Later in the century and in the early 1900s labor organized and struck for a shorter workweek, better pay, benefits and a safe workplace. Child labor laws were passed to end the abuse of children.

___Northerners and West-coasters now have forced their homosexual and same sex morality on the United States. Those who ignore the lessons from history are condemned to repeat the mistakes!

Terrorist Shoots Republicans at Baseball Practice

___A 66-year-old Democrat-socialist terrorist, who was radicalized by Bernie Sanders and his followers, shot 4 at a Republican baseball practice. Fortunately, Congressman Scalise's protection detail was armed and returned fire killing the terrorist.

Progressives/Globalists and "rights"

___The United States Constitution is the supreme law in America. Anyone not subject to its jurisdiction is, by definition, not a citizen (14th). Progressives have sought to change the original Constitution over more than a century. They were successful with changing the states' selection of Senators to popular election. They passed prohibition. They added direct taxation of income. Justices of the Supreme Court have considered international and Shariah law in their decisions making their oaths a lie. Progressives have passed treaties which created a “right” to medical care, and invented a “right” to same-sex marriage. Health care law is constitutional as a tax.

___At the same time, they obligated the United States to transfer a lot of its wealth to the rest of the world with the Bretton Woods agreements and the Marshall Plan. We pay at least 20% of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations and many other entities. The head of the World Bank is American; the head of the IMF is French; and the UN has 15 “equal” members on the “Security Council” and about 190 members total. Our national sovereignty is diminished by these “global” entities which create “rights.” Climate agreements require the United States to clean up our act - which we have done with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Environmental Protection Agency, etc – and pay for the cleanup of “developing nations” like China.

___As a scientist I can agree that climate change – summer, fall, winter and spring – is real. It is caused mainly by the Sun and the obliquity of the ecliptic. Humans exhale carbon dioxide, but the effect on the global climate is not significant when compared with water vapor caused by the Sun and ash clouds from erupting volcanoes. Math models do not consider unpredictable things like volcanic eruptions – even though the effect can be globally significant (see Krakatau, August 1883). Faux scientists make an error when they extrapolate a day in laboratory conditions to a billion years. Blaming Katrina and Rita on “global warming” was easily proven false in 2006 when few hurricanes and no major hurricanes occurred. For a decade no hurricanes made landfall on Florida coasts. Still Sandy was blamed on global warming. Some “scientists” are hardcore! If global warming is the cause, then shouldn't EVERY year get worse? True science is observable and testable. Big Bang and Evolution ideas are conjecture, not science!

Note: The Earth rotates each 24 hours. The circumference is about 24,000 miles. That means I am traveling about 1000 mi/hr just to keep up. I doubt that the atmosphere moves that fast (winds would be fierce), so as the Earth spins we will within a day inherit some of China's atmospheric pollution. If the United States spends $1 Trillion for cleanup and China spends nothing, then our effort is in vain and our economy cannot compete. Sunrise and sunset are poetic but not scientific!
