Town Hall with U.S. Rep. Paul Broun, M.D.

This was on Monday, 10 August. Dr. Broun is a strong
conservative - as was Charlie Norwood who he replaced.
An ObamaCare supporter had a sign "83% support the Public
Option."
I had read earlier on Rasmussen.com that only 32% now support
the Public Option. Either the sign is really old and the person has
been in another world since it was made, or Obama supporters will
maintain the lie. Hitler said that - if you have a bully pulpit - "if you
tell a lie loud enough and long enough, the people will begin to
believe it."
Does anyone believe that everyone - including the currently
uninsured and those with pre-existing conditions - can have
access to comprehensive medical care for less cost? One of the
solutions to the Social Security problem is to raise the age of
eligibility. Passive euthanasia (withholding care from the elderly)
is the ObamaCare equivalent.
The town hall meeting was supposed to start at 6PM, but the traffic
was so heavy, that it took 20 minutes to cover the last mile. There
were actually two SRO meetings - 6-7PM and 7:30-8:30PM. In the
interim, Congressman Broun was on a telephone interview with a
local radio host.
Dr. Broun's advice is to let everyone in your sphere of influence
know the truth.
